Aligned with InnoWave’s new geographic market segmentation  – Southern Europe, Northern Europe, the Americas, Middle-East and Africa –  We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Adam Eld from UK Managing Director to Northern Europe Sales Director. 

Nik Crowley, Regional Director said, “We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Adam Eld to the position of Sales Director – Northern Europe.  As we align to our new corporate strategy, we want to drive dynamic growth across the Northern Region. With the proven capability of our current UK Managing Director, Adam Eld, we believe that with his promotion, we have the right person to expand our brand and grow both our revenue and market share”

During his three years with InnoWave, Adam has ran our UK subsidiary and controlled sales, marketing, operations, commercial strategy and account management.

Tiago Gonçalves, InnoWave’s CEO added, “We hired Adam three years ago to lead our operation in the UK, being fully responsible for our local presence. In this short period of time Adam has built the UK into InnoWave’s leading international office in terms of revenue growth, profitability, sales operations and customer presence.  Adam embodies our strategy of selling solutions that change lives through innovation and this promotion marks a very natural progression of his career within InnoWave”

As the Northern Europe  Sales Director, Adam will now be more focussed on leading a team of business development managers across the UK and other key countries in the Northern territory – namely Belgium and the Netherlands, where we have offices already established.  Adam is also building a regional Sales Enablement team as an extension to our Group Marketing Function in Lisbon to bring a number of new initiates by way of demand generation and marketing efforts to the Northern Region.

Adam added, “I’m delighted to be the new Sales Director for Northern Europe and I am looking forward to the challenge of further developing InnoWave’s European presence.
